**As of June 9, 2021, this project has been awarded to Pioneer Construction, Co., Inc. in the amount of $348,245.50. Requests for clarification are due Thursday, April 8, 2021 11:00:00 AM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. The Project consists of a 14,000 sq. ft. area which will include two plazas, arbor, ADA sidewalks, benches, planters, trash receptacles, relocated bike rack, lighting, landscaping, chain-link fencing, decorative fencing and stormwater management facilities. Existing parking lot drainage improvements include a new inlet, drainage pipe and regraded rain gardens. Additional parking lot lighting and ADA parking space are also included. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
