Work will be complete within 30 days of start of work. Work includes but is not limited to saw-cutting, milling, excavation, sweeping, disposal of all milled and excavated material, paving, filling, rolling, and sealing of joints. Square footage on the bid form is estimated by Penn Lake road master. Bidders are expected to verify footage with a field inspection prior to bid submission. Map items #1, #5, #10 depict separate options depending on how the work is done. PLPB may pick one or the other for each item. Penn Lake Park Borough reserves the right to remove line items from the bid based on budget considerations. Bidders must provide certificate of insurance evidencing coverage for a minimum of $1,000,000.00 or greater per occurrence under (a) General Liability, including both property damage and bodily injury, and (b) Automobile Liability Insurance, including both property damage and bodily injury. The said Certificate of Insurance shall name Penn Lake Borough as additional insured under said liability coverage. Also, bidder agrees to hold Penn Lake Borough harmless and indemnify Penn Lake Borough for any action attributable to it, its employees, agents or assigns, for any action or claim made against Penn Lake Borough for any negligence, omission or act on the part of bidder within the Borough of Penn Lake and to reimburse Penn Lake Borough for any costs, liability or attorneys' fees resulting from same.
