Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jonesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

RFP Construction Management at Risk(CMAR) - HVAC Group VI. The Proponent must pay all permits and fees associated with the project, other than the building permit fees. Answers to questions will be made by addendum posted to Bonfire CCPS Bids and GPR CCPS Bids no later than 3:00 p.m., EST on Thursday, October 19, 2023. It is the responsibility of each Proponent to obtain a copy of any Addendum issued for this solicitation. Proponents must comply with all Federal, State of Georgia and local regulations and laws applicable to Construction Management at Risk Services for HVAC Group VI. Proponents must provide all services as requested in this RFP in accordance with Scope of Services attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Since proposed revisions may result in a proposal being rejected if the revisions are unacceptable to CCPS, Proponents should review any proposed revisions carefully. CCPS reserves the right to disapprove any proposed Sub-contractor whose technical or financial ability, or resources, or experience are deemed inadequate. Duration: Proposals submitted in to this RFP must be valid for a period of one hundred-eighty (180) calendar days from the Proposal Submission Deadline and must be marked as such. All questions or inquiries pertaining to the project are due no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023
