West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (BOG) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (WVU or University) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms or individuals (Proposers) for the following: To establish an open-end contract for the purchase and/or installation of: Modular Carpet Tile, Broadloom Carpet, LVT (luxury vinyl tile), and various bases. The awarded Proposer(s) will be responsible for coordinating shipping, delivery, and installation of all products and services in a timely manner from certified manufacturers, including site verification and measurements, calculating quantity of materials needed to complete the project and ordering appropriate products from manufacturers.
