Kiowa County 30th Ave. Low Water Crossing Site Directions: Kiowa County Off-System Bridge 28 (NBI #490605506147) located 7.0 miles north of Greensburg on 30th Avenue over Rattlesnake Creek. Pre-Qualification: Yes Kiowa County, Kansas is soliciting bids for construction of Kiowa County 30th Ave Low Water Crossing. This project is to construct a low water crossing on 30th Ave to replace a bridge that has been removed. Kiowa County Off-System Bridge 28 (NBI #490605506147) located 7.0 miles north of Greensburg on 30th Avenue over Rattlesnake Creek. The project shall remove the existing bridge and replace it with a Low Water Crossing consisting of a 24' -0" roadway, concrete headwalls and 80 feet of concrete pavement. The Low-Water Crossing shall be a non-bridge length structure. Kiowa County shall provide all of the funds required for this project. All Federal, State and County regulations must be complied with.
