Eddy County is seeking bids from qualified vendors with the intent of purchasing for the construction of the liner and leachate collection system for Phase 6 at the Sandpoint Landfill. Eddy County is seeking bids from qualified vendors with the intent of purchasing for the construction of the liner and leachate collection system for Phase 6 at the Sandpoint Landfill. All potential Bidders are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Invitation for Bids (IFB), especially the mandatory requirements. Eddy County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical irregularities, and to award the contract(s) to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, in the best interest of the County. Bidder agrees to provide the Sandpoint Landfill Phase 6 liner and leachate collection system construction services in accordance with the construction documents provided herein, upon receipt of written Notice to Proceed. Construction shall be performed in accordance with the following: Appendix A - Construction Drawings Appendix B - Technical Specifications Appendix C - Soil and Liner Quality Control Plan (SLQCP) B. Bid all options installed, complete and operational for immediate use. Units shall have all factory standard items whether listed specifically herein or not. Deadline for questions will be October 16, 2023 @2:00 PM MDT. Answers deadline will be October 17, 2023 @5:00 PM
