The Site is Located Within Adams County East of Picadilly Road, South of 56th Avenue, North of 26th Avenue, and West of Powhaton Road (Future Alignment) With a Portion Also East of Powhaton South of 48th Avenue (Future Alignment). The Development Consists of Approximately +/- 3,884.9 Total Acres Which is Anticipated to Be Developed with Single Family and Multi-family Homes, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, and Other Amenities, Reaching an Estimated Population of Approximately 41,823 People at Full Build-out. Aacmd is Responsible for Designing, Constructing, and Managing the Construction of Certain Public Improvements Benefiting the Aurora Highlands, Both Onsite and Offsite. To Learn More About the Aerotropolis Area Coordinating Metropolitan District, Visit: Https://www.aerotropolisdistricts.org As of the Date of This Ifb, the Owner Anticipates That the Onsite Scope of Work Includes (but is Not Necessarily Limited to): the Construction and Installation of Hard and Softscapes for the Filing 12 Tributary, Which Include Plants, Grass, Concrete, and Structural Items Such as Boardwalks and Viewing Decks, Architectural Terraces, and Retaining Walls. More Detailed Information Regarding the Scope of Work Will Be Issued via Addendum. A More Detailed Summary of the Scope of Services to Be Awarded is Set Forth in Exhibit B to the Construction Enclosed as Attachment C; Exhibit B Will Be Issued via Addendum. The Applicable Drawings and Specifications Will Be Issued via Addendum and Marked as Attachment a.
