Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mint Hill, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 10/26/23 to 11/08/23** **This project contains sensitive information as defined by Charlotte Water. Therefore, all companies (i.e. General Contractors, Electrical Subcontractors, vendors, equipment manufacturers, etc.) interested in Bidding on this Project must complete and submit an Information Security Agreement. This form is available at charlottewater.org. If your firm has submitted this form within the past five years, there is no need to resubmit.** The Project consists of the demolition of the existing 0.1 MGD "packaged" WWTP (flow eq, sludge holding, extended aeration, clarifiers), filters, generator, shed and select yard piping. The new infrastructure includes a new 0.1 MGD "packaged" WWTP (flow eq, sludge holding, extended aeration), two clarifiers, pre-engineered office/lab building, generator and the associated yard piping, site work, electrical and instrumentation. This scope of work also includes the relocation of and existing 8" gravity sewer line.
