PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project involves fencing around three (3) baseball fields located in Tipton, Indiana. The fencing will include 6' tall fencing around the perimeter with 12' gates. It also includes fencing around three (3) baseball fields, two (2) little league fields and one (1) Babe Ruth field. Fencing to include all gates and necessary hardware and is to be black vinyl chain link KK. Height of fence variation is 6' to 24'. COST RANGE: Anticipated to be under $180,000.00. PROJECT SCHEDULE: Start date is November 6, 2023 with completion date of March 1, 2024. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Contract (Fencing). BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING: Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference.
