Project Description The intent of the Project is to renovate 11 office spaces on the 3rd floor at the University of Colorado, Colorado School of Public Health (CSPH) (13001 E. 17th Ave, Aurora, CO 80045, Fitzsimmons Building) located on the Anschutz campus. The CSPH mission as an accredited, collaborative school of public health, we stand ready to create healthier futures, build stronger partnerships and steward shared resources for the betterment and health of communities in Colorado and around the world. Scope of Services The University of Colorado, Colorado School of Public Health (CSPH) has been working with an architect and engineering team to create the scope of work and 100% complete CD drawings and specification manual. Renovation work on the 3rd floor of the Fitzsimmons Building includes new carpet in most offices, a new glass wall and door, a new entryway, a new reception area, painting and patching all rooms, and window shades in all rooms as necessary. Electrical work includes new lighting fixtures, new lighting controls, and new Card Readers installed.
