Reference Number 0000338565 The Work to be performed under the 2023 PRV, ARV, Large Valve Rehab Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials equipment, tools, supplies to rehabilitate 6 Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) Vaults, 9 water transmission valves, and 11 Air Relief Valve (ARV) Vaults. The rehabilitation needs are due to structural or access safety concerns, corroded and or inoperable assets or the need for adding operational controls to improve service to the Water System. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contract Documents require that all work be Substantially Complete by December 31, 2024 with Final Completion by January 31, 2025. Liquidated Damages which are $2,500.00 per day. Each Bid shall be accompanied by an appropriate guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check made payable to the City of Aurora in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid.
