Description of Work This State funded project that will require the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, travel lodging cost to expand the fence detection system at Wildwood Correctional Center WWCC in Kenai, Alaska. The intent of this contract is to build out office spaces identified in the scope of work. The State reserves the right to reject all bids. The State also reserves the right to award the contract above or below the budgeted amount to the low bidder based on any combination of alternates or no alternates providing that the low bidder remains unchanged. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount specified on the Invitation to Bid. The bid security shall be unconditionally payable to the State of Alaska and shall be in the form of an acceptable Bid Bond Form 25D14 or a certified check a cashiers check or a money order made payable to the State of Alaska. The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract.
