**As of June 6, 2024 project was awarded to Rainbow Builders, Inc, Anchorage, AK for $137,995.00. Notice of Award – June 4, 2024. Contract in process – Notice to Proceed to be issued in July 2024. Description The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB24-030 Kenai Central High School Pool Flooring Replacement. The project consists of the following: Providing all equipment, material and professional expertise to remove old existing resilient flooring and replace with new EVA-Rubber Copolymer wet area surfacing system. Covering approximately 3,000 SF of walking surface, the existing floor needs to be replaced with Life Floor, Ripple texture or approved equal or superior product. Q&A DEADLINE: JANUARY 24, 2024 BY 5;00 PM. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds
