Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenai, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for KCHS Site Improvements. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor equipment and material for various site improvements at the Kenai Central High School Site improvements. Work will include sub grade repairs, drainage improvement, sanitary sewer replacement, parking lot striping, removal of existing pavement and new paving. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing and Contracting Director and shall arrive no later than 5:00 PM on April 16, 2024. Questions may be submitted through the online questions and answers section of this bid, faxed to (907) 714-2373 or emailed to purchasing@kpb.us. The subject line of the email should read, "Questions: ITB24-048 Kenai Central High School Site Improvements."
