Provide all labor, materials, equipment and tools to remove and dispose of the following asbestos-containing materials from Kenai Central High School, 9583 Kenai Spur Hwy Kenai, AK 99611 The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Asbestos Flooring Abatement. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor, materials and equipment for the abatement of approximately 5,350 sq. ft. of a mix of vinyl asbestos floor tile and asbestos sheet vinyl, along with the asbestos mastic from three different schools. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
