The project generally consists of the partial replacement of interior finishes only in rooms 101, 103 and 112. Alcoves off of rooms 101, 103, and 112 are included in the scope of work. Work includes demolition of existing acoustic wall panels; demolition and replacement of column base tiles and column base ledge; demolition and replacement of column accent trim; preparation for new paint to the existing wood paneling. The bid security must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount and must accompany the bid. A bid bond must have this amount stated as the penal sum of the bond.
