Renovation of a detention facility in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

North Carolina Department of Adult Correction will be extended this bid and adding a new Pre-Bid Date that has not yet been set Renovation of the existing offender showers at Pasquotank CI, Units 2, 3, and 4, (36 units total). Demo the existing floor and wall finish, demo thick set floor tile down to structural concrete slab. Install new thick setting bed forming slope to floor drain, epoxy floor and wall system. Install new shower heads and controls. Install new ADA grab bars. Replace existing painted steel HVAC screens with Stainless steel screens. Demo existing hollow metal window units, install new. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
