Site work for a water / sewer project in La Vergne, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 22, 2022, bids were rejected and no plans for rebid. The Project consists of the following major elements: The project consists of the relocation of approximately 100 linear feet of 24-inch water line, approximately 1,850 linear of 6-inch water line, approximately 1,430 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer, and associated incidentals and appurtenances. Bidders must be listed on Engineer's list of planholders who have purchased the Contract Documents, Specifications, and Drawings. Engineer shall be provided with the following information: mailing address for U.S. Postal Service, physical delivery address, telephone number, email address, and name of contact person. All bidders shall be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA) at the time bids are opened. Each bidder shall provide evidence of compliance with the applicable provisions of TCA 62-6-119 in order for its bid to be considered. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to John Gahring, PE; jgahring@ctiengr.com; CTI Engineers, Inc.; 3354 Perimeter Hill Drive, Suite 140; Nashville, TN 37211, and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
