A timeline for award has not yet been established.* The City of La Vergne ("City") will receive and publicly open sealed proposals at La Vergne City Hall for the Access Control and Closed Circuit Television Systems. This Request for Proposals is subject to the instructions, conditions, specifications, addenda, and any other elements of this Request for Proposals, including those incorporated by reference. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in a proposal or in the RFP process. The City reserves the right to make awards to more than one vendor, to accept any part or all of a proposal, or to accept the proposal (or proposals) which in the judgment of the governing body is in the best interest of the City. All proposals must include forms provided by the City. All responses should be typewritten. If not typewritten, they must be written in ink and clearly legible. All proposals must be signed. Failure of a vendor to sign a proposal removes the proposal from consideration. A typed name will not be acceptable without the person's written signature. All proposals must be signed by an individual authorized to bind the vendor. Signatures are required where indicated; failure to comply with this requirement shall be cause for rejection of proposal. Erasures, white-outs and type over's, and other modifications should be initialed. Vendors are cautioned to verify their submittal prior to submission. RFP packet component documents: This RFP packet consists of the following documents, which, in total, represent the complete procurement solicitation: 1. Request for Proposals; 2. Vendor Instructions and Conditions; 3. Scope of Work; 4. Contract; 5. Affidavit of Drug-Free Workplace; 6. Affidavit of Title VI Compliance; 7. Affidavit of Non-Collusion; and 8. Indemnification Agreement. All submittals must include completed and signed copies of the Contract, Affidavit of Drug-Free Workplace, Affidavit of Title VI Compliance, Affidavit of Non-Collusion, and Indemnification Agreement.
