La Vergne High School Renovations PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Work includes, but is not limited to, new addition of approximately 78,529 square feet on three levels and renovation of approximately 1,547 square feet on first floor, and new one-story Barn of approximately 2,262 square feet. Construction includes exterior and interior load bearing block walls, brick veneer, metal wall panels, concrete slab on grade, concrete and block foundation walls and concrete footings. Second floor construction is concrete plank with topping slab. Roof construction is fully adhered EPDM roofing over rigid insulation over metal deck, sloped to exterior gutters and downspouts, and metal roof panels. Windows are aluminum storefront; exterior doors and frames are hollow metal. Interior doors are solid wood with plastic laminate faces. Interior finishes include, but are not limited to, vinyl composition tile, resinous flooring, carpeting and sealed concrete. Interior wall finish includes epoxy paint and ceramic tile. Ceilings are suspended grid with lay-in acoustical tile and limited painted gypsum board ceilings. Complete mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems are included. Complete site work is included in the project.
