The City of La Vergne Tennessee, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, will accept sealed bids to retain the services of a licensed contractor in the State of Tennessee to provide the complete construction of Brookside Park as shown on the contract drawings and described in the contract specifications. Contract will be a lump sum contract to include all required costs to complete construction. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for a period of 90 days. Estimated Schedule for Performance of Work Contract Award: February 04, 2025 Notice to Proceed Issued: February 14, 2025 Target Project Completion: May 16, 2025 All bids must include the following: Confirmation of Appropriate Contractor's License in the State of Tennessee (license type BC, BC-B, BC-C, OR HRA-A, HRA-B, and HRA-C required) List of proposed subcontractors with responsibilities Project Lump Sum Price provide on 'Agreement Form'. Sealed bids must be submitted with the label as described above and the respondent's name and address must be clearly indicated on the front of the envelope. Verbal proposals or proposals received after the closing date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Bids will be evaluated on a Low Price/Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Basis. Technical acceptability will be determined separate from and prior to price review.
