We will not respond to questions submitted over the phone or sent to another email address. If required, an addendum will be issued. BIDDERS may attend the opening of Bids. The file manager or his representative discloses the names of all BIDDERS, including, where applicable, the names of those who have submitted a Bid electronically whose integrity has not been found, subject to subsequent verification. It also discloses, subject to the same audit, the total price of each Bid. However, if the integrity of at least one Submission transmitted electronically could not be ascertained at the time of initiation, this disclosure is made instead at the time of publication of the results.
