Site work for a civil project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority Advertisement Invitation for Bids (IFB) SLUDGE CHAMBER PUMP PROJECT GENERAL/MECHANICAL PWSA Project No. 2021-322-102-2. Improvements include, but are not limited to, replacement of sludge pumps in the Clarifier Residual Distribution Structure west chamber and associated piping and other appurtenances, valves, pumps retrieval system, replacement of 6-in. & 4-in. magnetic meters in the meter chamber and other appurtenances. Structural improvements include, but are not limited to: eliminating a gate to the river; middle chamber wall leaks mitigation; west chamber modification; eliminating west chamber connection to the 48 RCP Filter Backwash Drain; installing an east chamber slide gate; and replacing the grating cover. Work also includes eliminating Outfall 010, located east of the Clarifier Residual Distribution Structure. Vendor Questions Due: October 19, 2023 by 4:00 p.m.
