The Description and Location of the Project is as Follows: This is a Partial Design Build Roadway Project. Design Activities Are Limited to: Concrete Curb Ramps. For the Milling and Resurfacing, Drainage, Guide Rail, Signing and Pavement Marking, Traffic Signals, Bridge Preservation, Culvert Preservation and Other Miscellaneous Construction, All Within a Length of 29,395.16 Linear Feet (5.567 Miles) as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 4003 Section A25 (Mcknight Road) in Allegheny County, City of Pittsburgh, Ross and Mccandless Townships, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This Project Being Situated as Follows: From a Point Approximately 275 Feet South of Venture Street at Segment 0006/0007 Offset 0000/0000 (Station 226+11) to a Point Approximately 575 Feet North of Perrymont Road (Sr 4056) Intersection at Segment 0110/0111 Offset 0482/0525 (Station 279+08). Project Cost Range: $15,000,000.00 - $19,999,999.99 Federal Project Status: PENNDOT Oversight NHS Structure Work: 6.00% Pre-bid Meeting: None Wage Rates: Yes Prequalification Requirement: Yes State Type of Work: Resurfacing/overlays Responses to questions on this page are for informational and clarification purposes.
