EPA "Lead-Safe"" Certification issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The certification must be current and valid for the duration of contract. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. This RFQ is not a contract or commitment of any kind. The LACDA is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the quotes submitted by contractors. It reserves the right to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this RFQ. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, the LACDA reserves the right in its sole discretion to waive minor technical deficiencies in the quotes. In accordance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Age Discrimination Act of 1975 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, it is the policy of the LACDA to assure equal opportunity to all persons, in the award and performance of any contract, without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, or disability. The term "Work" includes performance, as set forth in the Contract Documents, by the Contractor for improvement work as set forth by the LACDA to the Contractor pursuant to this Contract. The Contractor shall provide and perform all Work and take all the necessary measures to complete the Work against this Contract in a proper and workmanlike manner in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and shall perform all obligations imposed by the Contract.
