Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project description - The project work generally includes the removal, inspection, rehabilitation and/or replacement of pumping equipment at one (1) potable water groundwater well facility and seven (7) irrigation pump stations, and electrical equipment upgrades at one (1) potable water facility and two (2) additional irrigation pump stations as described in the contract documents. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. The City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Nampa. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addends will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
