Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Midland Blvd & Iowa Ave Intersection The project will reconstruct the Midland Boulevard and Iowa Avenue intersection to a multilane roundabout. The design includes stormwater facilities, relocation of utilities and pedestrian improvements. Construction will include excavation, fill, asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks, curb, gutter, sidewalk, stormwater improvements, utility adjustments, signing, pavement markings. lighting and rectangular rapid flashing beacon (FRFB) installation and other related work. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addends will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
