Work Contemplated to Be Performed Under This Contract is as Follows: Remove Structures and Obstructions Construct Soldier Pile and Soldier Pile Tie-back Wall Construct Cast in Place Walls Construct Cast in Place Barriers Construct Cement Concrete Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk Construct Median Islands Construct Multi-use Trail Storm Drainage Improvements Grind and Overlay of Pavement Construct Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon Lighting and Its Fiber Optic System Construction Urban Design Element Construction and Installation Landscape and Irrigation Temporary Traffic Control Water Main Installation Bid Bond Required: Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in the Form of Cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to at Least 5% of the Amount of Such Bid. Checks Shall Be Made Payable to the City Treasurer.
