Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is seeking consultant services for a concept design of Eckert Bridge, Ridenbaugh Canal Bridge, and New York Canal Bridge in Boise, Idaho. The concept design should evaluate the replacement of the existing bridges with a new facility that can accommodate up to two travel lanes. Additionally, the new facility should provide a level 1 or 2 of traffic stress for bike facilities and ensure a connection to the greenbelt. The project will also include the intersections of Eckert/ Millbrook Way and Eckert/Boise Avenue. This RFQ is designed to provide interested Respondents with sufficient basic information to submit statement of qualification proposals meeting minimum requirements. It is not intended to limit the Respondent's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Please be advised that, in accordance with the RFQ Documents, Vendor Response, respondent SoQs are limited to no more than 25 pages.
