The Belchertown Public Schools will accept Bids for the Installation of a Security Surveillance and Access Control System to all of its school buildings. The Belchertown Pubic Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in Part, in the best interest of the Town. Provide and install video management software, network cameras, camera licenses and subscriptions, cloud appliance(s) and workstation(s) by Alta Security, a Motorola Solutions company. The Bidder will be responsible for structured cabling, installation, maintenance, service, support and training. School: (1) Central Administrative Office (2) Cold Spring School (3) Swift River Elementary (4) Chestnut Hill Community School (5) Jabish Brook Middle School (6) Belchertown High School Provide and install a new Security Video Surveillance System with Access Control and Door Sensors utilizing Avigilon's Alta system platform. New Cat6 Plenum cabling, color green, will be deployed for new camera locations and industry appropriate cabling (i.e. Cat6, 22/6, 18/2, 22/4) for access control and door sensor systems. School District will supply any necessary switches. Installation work should be completed during the hours of 4:00pm-10:00pm Monday through Friday and not on School District scheduled Holidays. Installation can be completed during the hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm on the following dates which are school district non-school days. December 26, 27 & 28, 2023. February 20, 21, 22, 23, 2024. April 16, 17, 18, 19, 2024. Total Project Completion date is June 30th 2024.
