N40080-20-D0018 **This solicitation is targeted specifically to the participating vendors in the NAVFAC Washington $750M 8(A) MULTIPLE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.** The Building 162 project is replacing the steel plate roof deck system and adding a drainage system around the roof to mitigate chronic water leakage into B162 through the roof and foundation walls. The project also includes building rehabilitation of structural concrete and the and installation of temporary bracing and shoring during concrete repair work.
