Renovation of a military facility in Patuxent River, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
*** This Amendment 0002 to the Solicitation is reserved exclusively for the vendors of the $750M 8(a) MACC (Multiple Award Contract) Managed out of NAVFAC Washington*** The following have been added by full text: B1581 Install Additional HVAC System AMENDMENT 0002 to the solicitation is being issued to Provide the: 1) the additional RFI responses The Proposal Due Date Remains: Wednesday, 17 January 2024 no later than 2:00 pm (EST). The project : B1581 Install Additional HVAC System, includes the conversion of the existing ceiling air return plenum to ducted air return plenum, addition of HVAC system for conference room (Room 106), replacing of a split system unit in pop room, and replacing of one hot water boiler in the mechanical room. The new boiler shall be monitored by the building's Direct Digital Control (DDC) system. Existing wiring may be reused if capacity is adequate. Building will remain occupied during construction. Heating, cooling, and dehumidification will need to be maintained during this project.
