*** This Solicitation is reserved exclusively for the vendors of the $750M 8(a) MACC (Multiple Award Contract) Managed out of NAVFAC Washington*** The project includes but is not limited to replacement of an aging firing range ventilation system consisting of direct gas-fired make-up air unit, roof exhaust unit, VFD's, BAS control, to include disconnect switches, circuit breakers, conduits, wirings, piping, panels, valves, pressure switches, and temperature sensors, and associated accessories. New work includes installation of make-up air unit with electric heating, roof exhaust unit, VFD's, DDC system, to include associated accessories, transportation and disposal of removed items, and all associated and incidental work as required to provide a complete and operational firing range ventilation system.
