Location of the Work: Wolf Outlying Field, Saint Inigoes, MD Description of the Work: The purpose of this project is to modernize, repair, remove, or replace the fire protection systems currently installed in Bldgs. 8061, 8101, 8104, 8140, 8165, 8185, 8300, 8307, and 8315 at Webster Outlying Field, Saint Inigoes, Maryland. Design Build Budget Amount: The estimated Design Build Budget is $1,6M Time for Completion: In accordance with FAR 52.211-10 Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work, the Government requires completion of construction within 365 calendar days after award (includes 15 calendar days for submission and approval of bonds and insurance). Pre Proposal Inquiry (PPIs): Offerors who determine that the technical and or contractual requirements of this RFP require clarification(s) in order to permit submittal of a responsive proposal shall submit all questions in writing.
