Scope of Services The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company or Contractor") to provide As-Needed Permanent Asphalt Patch work and Concrete Repairs following water main and service lateral repairs ("Service or Work") performed by the City of Riverside's Public Utilities Department, Water Division ("Water Department"). The scope of services shall consist in part of furnishing, on an as needed basis, all labor, materials, tools, equipment, appurtenances, and incidentals for saw cutting, grinding, removal of temporary asphalt, aggregate base, etc., and replacement of hot mix asphalt. This Work is necessary to make repairs to the public right of way after Water Department repairs to utility facilities and infrastructure, as described in Exhibit G - Open Paving Permits. Other Details All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP must be submitted through Planet Bids under the "Q & A" tab prior to the Online Q&A Deadline. Requests submitted after the Q&A Deadline has passed will not be accepted or considered. Bid Valid (120) days following the deadline date for submission of Proposals noted herein.
