***Apparent low bid from previous bid opening: W.C. Eshenaur & Son Inc. - $36,900 All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10 %) of the bid. Each bid must be accompanied with security in the amount ten percent of the bid and subject to the conditions provide in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid price. Questions Due Date: Mar 19th 2025, 4:30 PM EDT It is anticipated that the project cost is at least $25,000, therefore, Pennsylvania prevailing wages under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will be required. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
