Demolition, site work and addition to a military facility in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a military facility.
This information shall be provided no later than December 4th , 2023 at 11:00 am by sending an email to brian.j.kuhn3.civ@us.navy.mil, carmen.m.napoli.civ@us.navy.mil, anthony.m.zampetti.civ@us.navy.mil, michael.j.walton6.civ@us.navy.mil, and francis.a.caruso10.civ@us.navy.mi This is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction project to install six ( 6) pedestal style dual port electric vehicle charging stations and incidental related work. This will include two (2) stations at Building 214, two (2) stations at Building 955, and two (2) stations at Building 205. In addition a new pad mounted transformer, breaker box, and utility meter box will also be installed. Project will also include parking spaces, paving and signage for electric vehicles. This project is located at NSA-Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This procureemnt has a base bid and two (2) option bid items. The base bid item is CLIN 0001 for two (2) stations at Building 214 in accordance with drawings and specifications. The first option bid item is CLIN 0002 for two (2) stations at Building 955 in accordance with drawings and specifications. The second option bid item is CLIN 0003 for two (2) stations at Buikding 205 in accordance with drawings and specifications.
