Contractor shall furnish all materials, implements, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision required to construct the facilities as shown on the contract drawings and specified herein. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to proceed with the work in the manner and within such limitations as may be prescribed by the Engineer. This contract includes, but is not limited to installation of the following, equipment being provided by Contractor: 1. Mobilization of all materials, equipment and supplies required to complete the contract. 2. Placement of erosion and sediment controls. 3. Demolition and removal of all existing items identified on the contract drawings and as directed by the Authority to complete the proposed work. 4. Installation of new ductile iron pipe, SDR-35 sanitary sewer piping and replacement of concrete stoop as specified on the contract drawings. Deadline - Friday, February 9, 2024 @ 6:00 pm Construct a Sludge Holding Pad at the Silver Spring Township Wastewater Treatment Plant Located At 60 Millfording Road. The Project Includes the Construction of a 56-ft X 75-ft Sludge Pad, Canopy Structure and Associated Improvements Including the Existing Sludge Disposal Structure. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Owner in an Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of The Bid or Bids. Only Bonds From Companies Licensed to Do Business in the State Where the Owner is Located Will Be Accepted and The Bond Shall So State Same. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates Will Apply to This Contract. No Bidder May Withdraw Bid Within Ninety (90) Days After the Scheduled Closing Time for Receipt of Bids. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities, or to Reject Any or All Bids. Project Schedule a. Construction Start - No earlier than March 2024. b. All work shall be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from NTP
