This Project Involves Furnishing and Delivering a Stormwater Inlet, 10-foot Diameter Manhole and Hydrodynamic Separator to Williams Grove Speedway as Specified by the Township Engineer. No Demolition, Excavation or Installation is A Part of This Contract. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Owner in an Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid or Bids. Only Bonds From Companies Licensed to Do Business in the State Where the Owner is Located Will Be Accepted and the Bond Shall So State Same. No Bidder May Withdraw Bid Within Sixty (60) Days After the Scheduled Closing Time for Receipt of Bids. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities, or to Reject Any or All Bids Scope of Work: 1. Work Includes the Following: a. Furnish and deliver a 10-foot diameter manhole structure with manhole frame and cover, as specified on the contract drawings. Invert connections shall be manufactured for 15” HDPE. b. Furnish and deliver a Hydrodome Separator (HD-10) or an approved equal, as specified on the contract drawings. c. Furnish and deliver a 2x4 inlet box with frame and grate, as specified on the contract drawings. d. The delivery of the structures shall be included in the Bid. Offloading and setting the structures via crane shall be the responsibility of the Township. 2. Work NOT Included in this contract: a. Demolition. b. Excavation. c. Tree Removal. d. Installation of structures. e. Installation/Procurement of Pipe. C. The Work will be constructed under a single prime contract.
