As of April 9th, 2024 all bids have been rejected. It will rebid at a later date and time. Township Building HVAC Improvement Bids shall be submitted in printed form to the Owner as identified below and shall be mailed or delivered to Owner and be received no later than time stated above. Oral, telephonic, facsimile, e-mail, or telegraphic bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. Except as provided by law, bids shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date, unless award of contracts is delayed due to required approvals of another governmental agency, sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants. If so delayed, bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days in compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Code. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, a cashier's check or a bid bond of an approved Surety Company in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of Upper Allen Township. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto.
