The Project generally consists of modification to the traffic signals at the intersections of Wertzville Road with Lambs Gap Road, 1-81 Northbound Ramp and Orr's Bridge Road. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10 %) of the bid. This schedule shall show a completion of the Project within 270 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid price. ll bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10 %) of the bid. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid price. It is anticipated that the project cost is at least $25,000, therefore Pennsylvania prevailing wages under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will be required. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
