A bidder must acknowledge receipt of each addendum by opening the electronic

Planroom system. When the electronic addendum file is opened, the online
Planroom system records that action as your acknowledgement of receipt.
Bidders no longer need to acknowledge receipt of addenda on the formal bid
Proposal form. Failure to acknowledge receipt of addenda may render the bid
Non-responsive.
