Request for information deadline october 24th, 2023 Request for information response october 31st, 2023 Anticpated interview date december 14th, 2023 City council award date january 2024 Approximate start date march 2024 Scope of Services It is the intent of the City to use the selected consultant(s) on an as-needed basis. The specific scope of work and fee schedule for each work product will be individually agreed upon. Historically, two task orders have been issued on an annual basis outlining the scope and fee covering anticipated needs for the storm water program and a second task order for the wastewater program; additional task orders are issued as needed. The selected consultant(s) shall have demonstrated experience in the following types of work related to municipal storm water and wastewater compliance programs and be able to effectively and efficiently complete the volume of work described in the following sections. In addition, Table 1 summarizes the anticipated yearly work hours for each described work task (based on a conservative projection of current consultant workload) and should also be reviewed by the consultant in order to prepare a comprehensive SOQ/Proposal which incorporates all of the Submittal Contents and Criteria outlined at the end of this document. Proposers must submit all questions and requests for clarification in writing to procurement@coronado.ca.us before 5:00 pm on October 24, 2023. Responses will be posted by close of business day on October 31, 2023.
