This is a Request for Bid (RFB) issued by the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) seeking bids from experienced and qualified vendors for the Overhead Door Assessment, Repair, and Replacement Services. The Services consist of performing preventative maintenance on each of the overhead door devices, responding to emergency calls, preparing assessment and repair quotes for selected overhead door devices consisting of the following: exterior and interior overhead doors, frames and safety devices, man doors, high-speed doors, loading dock equipment, scissor gates, door operators, gate operators, bi-fold doors, rollup fire doors, and hardware.
