Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anacortes, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of April 10, 2025, this project is under construction. The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of preparing engineering design, specifications and construction administration for improvements to 16th Street, C Avenue and D Avenue. The improvements consist of environmental permitting, sanitary sewer conveyance, storm drainage conveyance, storm water quantity and quality (onsite and off-site), water system improvement ,excavation, traffic circles for traffic calming, cement traffic curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalk, cement concrete drive way entrances, cement concrete curb ramps, detectable warning, paint striping and markings, rapid flashing beacons, signage, asphalt, monumentation, landscaping, power conduits, communication and cable conduits, gas lines, fiber conduits, utility coordination and o ther work and appurtenances necessary to complete the work required for this project. The project is located: D Ave, 15 St-16 St;D Ave, 16 St-17 St; 16 St,C Ave-D Ave. Any questions regarding this project should be directed to Steve Lange at360-299-1983 The City of Anacortes reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (R/W,CN) associated with this project. The City reserves the right to amend terms of this RFQ to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. The agency reserves the right to reject any and all responses received without penalty and to not issue a contract as a result of this RFQ. The agency reserves the right to obtain clarification of any information in a responders response or to obtain additional information necessary to properly evaluate a response. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
