Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Ashland, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of November 17, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. It is in the process of being awarded to Leighty but must be approved first. We will know for sure around the end of December..** The scope of work is for replacement of sidewalk segments, curb segments, and other sidewalk components and includes: Replacement of approximately 26330 SQFT of Sidewalk 4", 170 LF of 6" Curb, 170 LF of 12" Curb, 60960 SQFT of Curbwalk, 11876.50 SQFT of 6" Driveway Entrance Concrete, 195 SQFT Dyed Concrete 4", 1440 SQFT stamped and dyed concrete 4", 91 EACH Detectable Warning Pads, and all other necessary labor and materials as directed. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All Contractors questions regarding this project must be in writing and e-mailed to scole@ashlandky.gov or faxed to 606-385-3333 at least 5 days prior to the bid date.
