The Selected Firm/team Will Provide All Personnel, Equipment, and Supplies Necessary to Complete the Items Under General Consideration for This Project Including but Not Limited to Are the Application of Design Principals to Provide for the Implementation of Energy Efficiency Upgrades, Construction Drawings, Installation, Commissioning, the Provision of as Built Drawings, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, and Training on the Operation of the Proposed Unit.
