The University of Wyoming (the University) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to RFIP for the removal and reinstallation of the stadium wireless system as part of the West Stadium Renovation project. Any purchase order resulting from this proposed sole source will be governed by the University of Wyoming's Terms and Conditions. RFIP designed, specified, and installed the original system and will be required to provide modifications to their system including the removal, re-installation, and installation of new equipment as required. This work is not a new install, but instead involves decommissioning and recommissioning of the existing equipment and systems. As a part of the West Stadium Renovation project, the existing wireless system needs to be removed and reinstalled to allow for the deconstruction and new construction related to removing the lower bowl, constructing a new club area and loge boxes, and renovating the press box, including the removal and installation of new elevators.
