As of January 25th, 2024 this project is pending an award decision. War Memorial Stadium - Sports Lighting Upgrades Provide and install sports lighting on existing pole bracket arms and roof structural supports. The estimated project completion date is July 1, 2024 Each base bid over $150,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder, as Principle, and a satisfactory surety company, executed in favor of the Owner in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid. The Owner shall require the Bidder to furnish bonds covering the faithful performance (100%) of the Contract and the payment (100%)
