Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laramie, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Provide engineering and investigative services for a subsurface and above ground structural investigation and evaluation that includes: o Research and review of existing information for the building. o Perform a visual investigation of the building structural conditions. o Review design based on the Contract Documents and field conditions. o Determine "as constructed" conditions for building structural components. o Perform a Code Review for building structural components. o Determine "as existing" structural conditions for the building. Perform testing (non-destructive or destructive) required to determine the structural condition of the building. Building components are (but not limited too): 1. Subsurface soil bearing conditions. 2. Ground water conditions. 3. Foundation system 4. Structural wall system. 5. Roof framing system. 6. Exclude exterior concrete and asphalt paving systems. o Patch/repair any destructive testing locations. o Provide an analysis of the serviceability of the building from a structural viewpoint. o Provide an analysis of the safety of the building from a structural viewpoint. o Provide recommendations for structural component replacement and/or repairs. o Establish a priority list and urgency scale timetable for recommended repairs. o Summarize findings and recommendations in a final report.
